Irish Residential Tenancies Board Awards €6,500 to Tenant for False Imprisonment

Ireland's Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) has awarded €6,500 in damages to tenant Brendan Wall, who was detained by police after his landlord, Noel Larkin, falsely accused him of attempting to break into his rented home.
