IRSA Increases Water Releases from Major Reservoirs to Boost Hydropower
The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) has raised water releases from major reservoirs, with Tarbela discharge increasing from 8,000 to 30,000 cusecs and Mangla releases around 15,000 cusecs, aiming to boost hydropower output.
