Israel staged Azerbaijan drone attack to damage ties: Iran

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused Israel of carrying out a drone strike in Azerbaijan and attempting to frame Iran, saying the alleged operation was meant to undermine relations between the two countries.
