Italy Presses for Western Balkans' EU Accession at Rome Summit

The 'Friends of the Balkans' group approved the 'Rome Charter' at a summit in Rome, with Italy pressing for the Western Balkans' accession to the EU. New negotiations for EU membership are set for July 14 for Ukraine, Montenegro, Moldova, and Albania.
