Japan and Russia to Resume Youth Exchanges After Seven-Year Hiatus
Japan and Russia are set to resume youth exchange programs after a seven-year pause. Approximately 15 students from Japanese universities and graduate schools will travel to St. Petersburg for about ten days as part of the initiative.
