Japan Reactivates World's Largest Nuclear Power Plant After 14 Years

Japan has reactivated the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant, the world's largest with over 8,000 MW capacity, after a 14-year hiatus, to supply power to the Tokyo metropolitan area and eastern Shizuoka province.
