Japan to Designate Cancer Genome Medicine Hubs in Each Prefecture

Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has decided to expand its system for promoting 'cancer genome medicine' by designating one high-quality medical hub per prefecture from fiscal year 2027, aiming to connect cancer patients with optimal gene-based treatments.
