Japanese High Court Upholds February General Election Results

The Nagoya High Court's Kanazawa branch ruled that the February House of Representatives election, despite a maximum 2.1-fold disparity in vote value, was constitutional, dismissing all 16 lawsuits seeking to invalidate the election results.
