Jeanine Pirro leaves door open to prosecuting Olympian over Reflecting Pool 'vandalism'

Jeanine Pirro has indicated that prosecutors might 're-present' a case against Olympian David Hearn for alleged Reflecting Pool 'vandalism' unless a judge agrees to his motion to dismiss the case.
