Judges' Long Vacations Delay European Arrest Warrant for Zbigniew Ziobro

A three-judge panel in the Warsaw District Court cannot convene from June 1 to August 30 due to judges taking extended vacations, which has consequently delayed the issuance of a European Arrest Warrant for Zbigniew Ziobro.

Jak ustaliła „Rzeczpospolita”, trzyosobowy skład sędziowski w Sądzie Okręgowym w Warszawie nie może się zebrać od 1 czerwca aż do 30 sierpnia, a więc w ciągu trzech miesięcy, bo sędziowie przebywać będą na długich urlopach. Dlatego wniosek o wydanie europejskiego nakazu aresztowania (ENA) za Zbigniewem Ziobrą, złożony w lutym, rozpoznają dopiero we... wrześniu.
