Junts Rejects Investment Consortium, Stalling ERC and PSC Proposal in Congress

Junts' rejection has left the investment consortium proposed by ERC and PSC stalled in the Spanish Congress. The post-convergent party has opposed the creation of such an entity on two occasions in the Catalan Parliament.
