Kanagawa Police Chief Apologizes for Illegal Traffic Enforcement
The chief of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police, Tsuyoshi Imamura, has again apologized for repeated illegal traffic enforcement, which led to seven officers being referred to prosecutors, and pledged to expedite the cancellation of violations.
