Karachi Municipal Corporation blames other bodies for Gul Plaza tragedy

The Karachi Municipal Corporation (KMC) has attributed responsibility for the Gul Plaza tragedy to other bodies, while also stating it had voluntarily conducted fire safety audits of 200 buildings.
