Karnataka MLAs to Receive IPL Tickets, Says DK Shivakumar

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar announced that each MLA in the state will receive three IPL tickets, following a request from the Assembly Speaker for four VIP tickets per MLA.
