KLM Apologizes to Paralympian Denied Onboard Wheelchair
Dutch airline KLM has issued a 'sincere apology' to Paralympian Hannah Babalola after she was denied access to an onboard wheelchair during an 11-hour flight from Cape Town to Amsterdam, being told to use the toilet without assistance or leave the flight.
