Kosovo Rejects Return of Serbian Judges and Prosecutors to its System

Kosovo has stated that judges and prosecutors controlled by another state cannot return to work within its judicial system. This comes after Prime Minister Kurti addressed the issue of Serbian judges and prosecutors returning to the Kosovo system.
