Kosovo Retrial Upholds Ex-Serbian Police Inspector's Ten-Year Sentence

A retrial in Kosovo has confirmed the ten-year sentence for an ethnic Gorani former police officer, who was convicted of assaulting ethnic Albanian prisoners during the Kosovo war, one of whom died.
