The Kremlin reacted for the first time to information that the director of the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) John Ratcliffe proposed a tripartite meeting of the leaders of the United States, Russia and... during his secret visit to Moscow.

Kreml poprvé reagoval na informace, že ředitel americké Ústřední zpravodajské služby (CIA) John Ratcliffe během své tajné návštěvy Moskvy navrhl třístranné setkání lídrů Spojených států, Ruska a Ukrajiny, na kterém by jednali o ukončení války. Podle mluvčího Kremlu Dmitrije Peskova by taková schůzka byla „naprosto zbytečná“. Nebylo by to přitom poprvé, kdy USA takový formát jednání navrhly.
