Kumamoto water outage 'Emergency restoration of water supply expected to be shown within next week' Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, approximately 79,000 households in Kumamoto Prefecture were left without water as of 9 a.m. on the 31st due to the earthquake.
