Latvia Proposes New Government Ethics Code for Public Discussion
Latvia's State Chancellery has submitted a draft ethics code for the Cabinet of Ministers for public discussion, which aims to clearly define conduct norms for the Prime Minister, ministers, and their advisors, and establish accountability for violations.
