The Ministry of Climate and Energy (KEM), which is under the political supervision of the National Alliance (NA), has drawn up and submitted for approval a draft order that provides for the declaration of a state of emergency in the health, energy supply and water management sectors along Latvia’s eastern border, LETA reports.
