Latvian Competition Council Attributes Fuel Price Hike to International Market Costs
The Latvian Competition Council (KP) reported that the increase in gasoline and diesel prices during the first half of the year was primarily driven by a sharp rise in fuel purchase prices on international markets. Their analysis also indicated that retailer markups even decreased.
