Latvian Government Approves Liquidation of Insolvency Control Service
The Latvian government has approved a reform proposed by the Ministry of Justice to liquidate the Insolvency Control Service (MKD). Starting October 1, the MKD's functions will be integrated into the Ministry of Justice and the Court Administration, with some functions transferred elsewhere.
