Latvian State Land Service miscalculates cadastral values for heritage properties

The Latvian State Land Service (VZD) incorrectly calculated fiscal cadastral values for some land units at the beginning of the year. This error involved improperly applying a reducing coefficient to properties, affecting approximately 7,000 properties in Riga.

Valsts zemes dienests (VZD) daļai zemes vienību gada sākumā nepareizi aprēķinājis fiskālās kadastrālās vērtības, nepamatoti piemērojot īpašumiem samazinošo koeficientu, noskaidroja Latvijas Televīzijas raidījums "4. studija". Rīgā skarti apmēram 7000 īpašumi, un ietekmētajiem nodokļu maksātājiem gada laikā nosūtīs pārrēķinus.
