Latvia's waste-sorting culture gradually improving

We are sorting waste more and more, but a lot of things that shouldn't be there still end up in our household waste – biowaste, packaging, glass and other recyclable materials. This not only increases the volume of waste and bills, but also damages some of the material that could still be used for recycling instead of being dumped in a landfill, reports Latvian Radio.
