Lawyer Criticizes Charles University for Unequal Compensation Post-Faculty Shooting

An attorney has urged Charles University to actively reach out and compensate all affected students and the bereaved families following the 2023 Philosophy Faculty shooting, arguing the university has not treated students equally to employees.

Zaměstnance po střelbě na Filozofické fakultě odškodnili, studenty ne, plísní univerzitu advokát

Univerzita Karlova by měla aktivně oslovit všechny poškozené studenty a pozůstalé po střelbě z roku 2023 na Filozofické fakultě a odškodnit je. V otevřeném dopise ji k tomu vyzval advokát David Uhlíř. Škola podle ní nepostupovala u studentů stejně jako u zaměstnanců. Hostem Radiožurnálu byl emeritní soudce Ústavního soudu David Uhlíř.
