Atta Akyea says AG’s position supports Wontumi’s no-case submission argument

Samuel Atta Akyea, lead counsel for the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has argued that comments attributed to the Attorney-General suggest that the trial judge should have upheld the defence’s submission of no case.
