Life Sentence Sought for Dutch-Rwandan Man in 1994 Rwandan Genocide Case
The Public Prosecution Service in The Hague has recommended a life sentence for 66-year-old Eugène N., a Dutch-Rwandan man, for his alleged involvement in the massacre of 3,000 Tutsi during the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
