5 women killed, 4 injured in lightning strikes in Jharkhand

Five women died and four were injured by lightning strikes in Jharkhand's Ramgarh and Godda districts. Three women were killed in Ramgarh while sowing paddy, and two died in Godda. The India Meteorological Department forecast heavy rainfall and thunderstorms for the next four days. A yellow alert has been issued for isolated thunderstorms and heavy rain across several districts.
