Limited Prosecution of Wartime Sexual Violence in Balkans
The prosecution of sexual violence committed during the wars in the former Yugoslavia remains extremely limited, according to the Humanitarian Law Center (FHP). Efforts are ongoing to seek recognition for 'invisible children' born of sexual violence in the Bosnia and Croatia wars.
