Linear Rainbands Feared in Japan's Amami Region, Kagoshima
The Japan Meteorological Agency has warned of a high risk of linear rainbands forming in the Amami region of Kagoshima Prefecture from early morning to noon on the 26th. Unstable atmospheric conditions due to a stationary baiu front could lead to rapidly increasing danger from landslides and flooding.
