Lithuanian Minister Proposes QR Codes for Suspected Child Sex Offenders
Lithuanian Justice Minister Rita Tamašunienė suggests expanding legal regulation to allow QR codes to be issued not only to those convicted of sexual offenses against children but also to those suspected of such crimes.
