Lithuanian Ministry of Defense Proposes Matukonis as Riflemen's Union Deputy Commander
The Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense has proposed Lieutenant Colonel Mindaugas Matukonis to be appointed as the Deputy Commander of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union for a three-year term, starting September 3.
