Madrid Company's €2.2 Million Smishing Scam Halted by Civil Guard
The Civil Guard successfully intervened to stop a 'smishing' scam that targeted a Madrid-based company, preventing the loss of 2.2 million euros. Authorities blocked six transactions from two bank accounts involved in the fraudulent scheme.
