Malaysia to amend Road Transport Act for tougher penalties on 'mat rempit' and 'tonto'

Amendments to Malaysia's Road Transport Act 1987 will be tabled to introduce higher fines and tougher crackdowns on illegal street racers ('mat rempit') and those obstructing enforcement ('tonto').
