Malaysian Police Warn of 'Double Scam' Targeting Victims with Fake Recovery Offers

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has issued a warning about a new 'double scam' modus operandi where victims who have already been defrauded are targeted again with fake offers to recover their lost funds.
