Man Accused of Second Partner Murder After Early Prison Release
Police have proposed charging a 36-year-old man with the murder of his girlfriend last year in Mírov, Czech Republic, just three weeks after he was conditionally released from prison for the murder of another woman, for which he served 16.5 years.
