Man Arrested for Fatal Hit-and-Run in Kyoto
Police in Kyoto have arrested a 67-year-old man on suspicion of murder and other charges in a hit-and-run incident last year where a 70-year-old woman was dragged approximately 200 meters and died. The suspect reportedly denies the allegations, claiming he was unaware of dragging the victim.
