Man Defrauds Cognitively Impaired Woman of €147,550 in Liège

A man in Liège is accused of diverting 147,550 euros from an elderly woman suffering from cognitive problems. The woman, who lived above his restaurant, had entrusted him with her bank card and secret code after he offered to do her shopping.
