Man Sentenced to 20 Years Psychiatric Care for Intentional Cyclist Killing in France

Matthieu Valen, 41, has been sentenced by the Gironde Assize Court to 20 years in psychiatric care for the intentional killing of a cyclist and attempted murders of others in Sadirac in 2022.
