Man shoots dog 'Buddy' in front of animal welfare activists in Emmental

An 82-year-old man in Emmental, Switzerland, shot a dog named Buddy, an Appenzeller mix, in front of animal welfare activists and his daughter-in-law who were attempting to rescue the animal.
