Man Stabs Victim in Liège After Confusing Kosovar and Serb Identity

A man in Liège stabbed a victim in the neck, hitting the left vertebral artery, after reportedly confusing the victim's identity as Kosovar or Serb. The assailant had previously been involved in another assault in the festive district while armed.
