Man Who Crossed Finnish-Russian Border Illegally Has Prior Offenses

A man who crossed into Russia from Tohmajärvi, Finland, is reported by the Border Guard to have committed illegal border crossings previously. The suspect intentionally drove to the border and walked into Russia through a game gate.
