Manipur Government Informs Supreme Court of Manipulated Audio Tapes Implicating Former CM Biren Singh

The Manipur government has informed the Supreme Court that a forensics lab report found 41 aberrations in an audio clip implicating former Chief Minister N Biren Singh in the state's violence case.
