Zolitūde tragedy memorial garden opens to public

November will mark 13 years since the collapse of the ‘Maxima’ supermarket in Zolitūde, in which 54 people lost their lives, and many dozens more were seriously injured. On Monday, 31 August, survivors and relatives of the victims attended the opening of the Memorial Garden for those who lost their lives in the Zolitūde tragedy.
