Mexican National Charged After Fentanyl Found in Moped at Border

A Mexican national is facing federal charges after U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers discovered seven packages of fentanyl, valued at $238,000, hidden inside an electric moped at the San Ysidro border crossing.
