Migrants Nearly Drown Near Sazan Island, Afghan Organizer Arrested

Eleven undocumented migrants nearly drowned near Sazan Island in Albania while traveling by dinghy. An Afghan organizer has been arrested, and searches continue for an Albanian accomplice.
