Migrants Reportedly Sent Through Tunnels into EU from Russia/Belarus

Migrants are reportedly being sent into the EU through tunnels dug along the border with the Baltics from Russia and Belarus. Estonia's defense minister stated that such activities would not occur without the approval of the Russian FSB.
