MMDA Warns Public Against Traffic Violation Text Scams
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has issued a warning to motorists about text scams falsely claiming traffic violations and fines under the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP). This comes as the MMDA continues efforts to clear road obstructions, fining 41 motorists and towing 10 vehicles.
