Moldovan Defense Ministry Identifies Drone Downed in Romania as Shahed-Type from Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova announced that a drone shot down in Galați County, Romania, was a Shahed-type (Geran 2) that had flown through Moldovan airspace for 18 minutes, originating from Ukraine.

Ministerul Apărării din Republica Moldova a tranmsis duminică, referitor la drona doborâtă în judeţul Galaţi, că aparatul este de tip Shahed și a survolat spaţiul aerian al Republicii Moldova. Drona a venit dinspre Ucraina, a zburat timp de 18 minute deasupra Republicii Moldova şi s-a îndreptat spre Galaţi, potrivit sursei citate.
